We've finally received our Blue Senior Curacao of Curacao and we're cracking it open to build out the Poseidon, which brings a bit of Midori (green!) and lemon/lime soda. You can use sprite or get yourself a SodaStream with the Lemon/Lime flavored soda to bust out this cocktail.
